We cannot offer you a refund after purchase. However, product exchange is possible due to shipping error.
Several types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at boutique@cathedralemtl.org and send your item to: 1071 Rue de la Cathedrale, Montreal, QC, H3B 2V4, Canada.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to the following address: 1071 Rue de la Cathedrale, Montréal, QC, H3B 2V4, Canada. You can also drop off your items in store.
The Store will cover shipping costs for exchanges due to mishandling.
The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
